Yes, in order to demonstrate mastery and earn the EQ badge, your understanding of the concepts presented will be tested. There is a workbook that has assessments and plenty of space for journaling, so the work is more self-improvement focused vs analytical homework. We will read from two contemporary leaders in the EQ space and most participants report enjoying the reading assignments.
