A Skill Badge is a verification of Emotional Intelligence mastery, and can be used to market your skills on social media and resume, and is highly attractive to hiring managers and recruiters... this is a very good value.
A: Yes, we can customize a course for your organization or team based on goals and budget.
A: Yes, each instructor also offers individualized coaching and mentoring. Based on your goals, you can select one or more instructors to work with on a 1:1 basis.
A: In addition to the digital badge and certificate, our program includes an executive workshop on resume writing, interviewing, and social media marketing. EQ skills are in high demand and your badge credentials will stand out in a competitive market.
A: Only you will know for certain that the principles are working for you. To help provide guidance, each participant will complete pre and post-course EQ Appraisals to measure their overall progress.

A: Yes, in order to demonstrate mastery and earn the EQ badge, your understanding of the concepts presented will be tested. There is a workbook that has assessments and plenty of space for journaling, so the work is more self-improvement focused vs. analytical homework. We will read from two contemporary leaders in the EQ space and most participants report enjoying the reading assignments.
